This Exercice is played like The GOOSE GAME with the objective of reaching the last square. This activity helps to build self-confidence in a playful way and is suitable for small groups. Through the game, the participants create a positive atmosphere around themselves and others. There are no losers: it provides fun challenges and boosts self-esteem. Participants will build each other's confidence while sharing a good time.
Aim / Benefits
The participants stimulate each other by doing the proposed activities.
This allows everyone to understand that they can focus on positive attitudes and actions.
The playfulness of the activities encourages exchanges within the group. Everyone is valued, and this creates a dynamic in the group.
Self-confidence gives freedom and autonomy and allows for positive self-building. Simple exercises facilitate this approach by building solutions.
